Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rolling Hills Publishing/Auto Upkeep. Rolling Hills Publishing/Auto Upkeep offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
Auto Upkeep’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”) describes the rules that govern the relationship between Auto Upkeep and each of its End Users. End User’s use of Auto Upkeep’s Platform is subject to these Terms of Use. By agreeing to the EULA and using this Website and Academy Platform, End User expressly agrees to these Terms of Use, and accepts the rules, terms, and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this Site. End User hereby acknowledges he/she will use the Site for his/her personal and/or educational use only. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of this Site, or with any of these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
End Users
The End User is you. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with permission of a parent or guardian. This Site is only available to eligible “End Users”, meeting the following conditions:
- Persons who have reached 18 years of age.
- Students who are attending an institution of secondary or post-secondary education, have permission from a parent or guardian, and who are at least 13 years old.
- Students who are homeschooled, who have permission from a parent or guardian, and who are at least 13 years old.
Register Your Username as a "Nickname"
This Site tracks student progress. If a student creates an account and completes course materials, this information is tracked. If a student has a group leader (teacher), this information is also shared with the person facilitating the course. It is recommended that ALL USERS do not register with their First or Last Name. It is recommended that a Nickname is used during the registration process to minimize any personal information used. Do not use your first and last name in your nickname. Instead of creating and registering a username as “JohnSmith”, the user would create a Nickname that has meaning to him/her (for example CarBuilder). Then that Nickname can be shared with your group leader if so desired.
International Users
This Site is controlled, operated, and administered in the USA. If you access this Site from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Electronic Communication
Visiting this Site or sending emails to Site administrators constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for restricting access to your computer or other device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowlege that this Site is not repsonsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. This Site and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Termination
You can unsubscribe at any time. Homeschoolers/Independent Students: Your termination date is one year from the purchase date. Public School Students: The subscription is for one school calendar year (July 1st to June 30th). Public School Students data will be deleted anytime after June 30th. If a teacher wants to keep the student’s data for the next school year, an additional license is necessary and the teacher must notify Auto Upkeep before June 30th. Licenses are issued per student and cannot be reused. This Site reserves the right to terminate Inactive End Users who do not enter/access the Site for a period of one continuous year. Homeschoolers/Independent Students: Your subscription lasts one year. Public School Students: Your subscription lasts one school calendar year (July 1st to June 30th). Your account and data may be deleted anytime after the termination date. The Site is not required to send you a renewal or termination notice. It is your responsibility to download any data that you do not want to be destroyed before the termination date. The Site does not keep your data after the termination date.
Resolving Disputes/Governing Law
If you have an issue with this Site, please contact us so we can resolve it. If the dispute cannot be resolved between the Site and the User, both agree that the dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration to the Federal Arbitration Act. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Missouri in all disputes out of or relating to the use of the Site. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our company, our products, and your purchasing experience. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied just let us know so we can make it right. We are confident that you will like Auto Upkeep. But if you don’t, you can request a refund within 60 days and we’ll issue a full refund.
Changes to Terms
This Site reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which this Site is offered. The most current Terms will supersede all previous versions. You, the User, are encouraged to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of the updates.
