University of the Aftermarket Foundation - Scholarships Central

Annually, more than 200 scholarships are awarded between $1000 to $5000 each. Scholarship funds are applied to the recipient’s school account. By filling out one application, students are considered for hundreds of scholarships.  No GPA requirement. Scholarships from Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper, Federated Car Care, Gates, NACAT, Mitchell1, Pronto, Standard Motor, and Women in Auto Care are just some offered. The deadline to apply is March 31st.

AmericanMuscle Scholarship

Students currently enrolled full-time in an American college, Canadian colleges, Automotive Engineering programs, Trade schools, technical institute, or high school seniors planning to attend a college or post-secondary institution are eligible to be awarded a scholarship through this program.

Automotive Hall of Fame Scholarship

The program has specific scholarships for incoming freshmen and upper-level undergraduate students. All of the scholarships are based on financial needs and with the usual minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.

Automotive Training Center Scholarships

Each year, ATC awards ten scholarships (combined for both campuses) for a combined value of over $200,000.00 in institutional/tuition scholarships to those who are eligible.

Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation

The Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation awards scholarships to women in North America that want to pursue a career in automotive, mobility, and related industries.

CARiD Scholarship

CARiD is giving away $1,000 to offset educational expenses for college.

CJ Pony Parts Scholarship

CJ Pony Parts offers two scholarships per year, each worth $500, to students enrolling in post-secondary education in their next semester.

Collision Repair Education Foundation Scholarships

All applicants must be high school seniors or post-secondary students currently enrolled (at the time of application) in a collision repair program and must have been studying collision repair for at least one semester prior to applying for the awards.

Cowley College

The Career & Technical Education Department at Cowley College offers tuition and book scholarships to a limited number of qualified, post-secondary applicants.

Des Moines Area Community College Foundation Scholarships

Offering $2​ million in annual scholarship support, the DMACC Foundation ensures the College remains accessible and affordable for students.

Ferris State University Scholarship

Scholarships available to students enrolled in Automotive Programs at Ferris State University.

Foster's Outriders Scholarships for the Trades

No age restrictions or education requirements. The scholarship amount is based on the program and the need of each student, but they average between $2,000 to $5,000.

Garage Gurus Scholarship Program

This scholarship is designed to help support the next generation of technicians – whether they’re a high school student looking to take the next step, or returning to school to learn new skills.

Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers' Association Scholarship

The applicant must be a graduating high school senior or presently attending an accredited college or university and show need and merit to be considered for one of the GCADA scholarships available.

Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation Scholarship

The Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Foundation (GPADF) offers scholarships to individuals interested in becoming automotive technicians and pursuing their careers in new car franchised dealerships who are members of the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Association.

GM Minority Dealer Development Scholarships

Minority students of African American, Asian, Hispanic or Native American descent pursing academic degrees in automotive retail management and/or technical certification(s) in automotive technology are encouraged to apply.

GM Women's Retail Network Scholarships

Traditional high school students, non-traditional students, and GM dealership employees, in the US or Canada, pursuing academic degrees in automotive management, business, and technical certification in automotive education are encouraged to apply.

Iowa Automobile Dealers Association Scholarships

The IAD Foundation will award scholarships each spring. Applicants must be committed to pursuing automotive-related studies at a two- or four-year post-secondary institution and must demonstrate satisfactory performance in those studies.

Massachusetts State Automobile Association Scholarships

The Foundation has awarded in excess of $1,000,000 to more than 200 of the industry’s best and brightest up-and-coming auto technicians. A scholarship award is worth $6,000-13,000 each over two years.

Mike Rowe Works Foundation Scholarships

The Mike Rowe Works Foundation awards over $1,000,000 in scholarships. 

Mississippi Automotive Manufacturers Association Scholarship

Since 2006, the Mississippi Automotive Manufacturers Association has awarded more than $370,000 in scholarships to students studying automotive-related fields at Mississippi’s community colleges and universities.

Montana State University - Northern

Montana State University – Northern offers several continuing student scholarships. 

New Hampshire Auto Dealers Association Scholarship

Financial assistance is available to New Hampshire students enrolled in an Automotive program.

Northeast Community College Scholarships

Several automotive technology scholarships are available through Northeast Community College.

Piston Foundation

Scholarship recipients are selected on the basis of their demonstrated interest in a skilled trade career in collector car restoration and their related experience.

Pittsburg State University Scholarships

Several automotive technology scholarships are available through Pittsburg State University.

Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Scholarship

SAE International awards scholarship money to both undergraduate and graduate engineering students.

SEMA Scholarship

Every year SEMA helps students pay for their college tuition and SEMA Members pay off their student loans. Students from all academic and technical disciplines that lead to careers in the automotive industry are welcome to apply.

Southern Automotive Women’s Forum

The SAWF Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to women enrolled or who plan to enroll in a STEM related field, such as science, technology, engineering, or math.

Southern Illinois University

Each year, the SIUC Automotive Technology Department awards thousands of dollars of scholarships provided by manufacturers, endowments, and friends of the program.

TechForce Foundation Scholarships

The average tuition scholarship is $2,500 to $3,500, and is proven to make the difference between someone starting and not starting school.

The Jessi Combs Foundation Scholarship

The Jessi Combs Foundation is dedicated to continuing the work Jessi started including her commitment to inspiring women to pursue a career in the trades. 

Universal Technical Institute Scholarships and Grants
